I Survived

My name is Haley from Michigan. I survived a horrible accident 2 years ago (and I’m thankful to all the get well gift baskets). My boyfriend and I were driving and we hit a truck. Luckily we both survived but I almost died. Anyway, after a year of therapy, I’m back to playing lacrosse in the university. I can’t forget one of the get well gift baskets I got. There’s a note saying, ”don’t do it in the car”. We did not, but somehow I was distracting him. Anyway, I’m thankful for the second life given to me and to all drivers out there, I have a very simple message: keep your eyes on the road!
